Managing your Partnership grant
Managing your Partnership grant
If your application for Partnerships funding is successful you can start to effectively manage your grant to maximise benefits.
There are two reports that you are contractually required to complete as part of your grant: your progress report and your final report.
These reports are a crucial evaluation procedure. We can evaluate the:
- Project outputs and results.
- Transnationality of your project.
- Value, impact and benefits.
Completing your Progress Report
All Leonardo Partnerships approved in 2012 will have to complete a Progress report, submit it online and send a hard copy to us by 30 June 2013. The Progress report form is now available with the guidance document, which you can find under your project year in the sidebar.
Completing your Final Report
The final report is linked to your final payment and you need to complete this at the end of your project.
We will send you details of what is required to complete your final report and you can find relevant forms and guidance for your project year in the sidebar.
European Shared Treasure
EST is a Europe wide database showcasing Leonardo and Grundtvig Partnership projects.
As part of your project you are required to contribute to the database.
We will send you details on how to log in and submit your information at the end of your project.
Please note: the report and guidance will vary for each year, please make sure to choose your Call year for the correct advice. If you are unsure of your Call year or have any questions why not call our helpline and have a chat with a member of the Leonardo team on 0845 199 2929 or email leonardo@uk.ecorys.com.
