Managing your Transfer of Innovation grant
Managing your Transfer of Innovation grant
If your application for Transfer of Innovation funding is successful you can start to effectively manage your grant to maximise benefits.
There are two reports that you are contractually required to complete as part of your grant: your interim report and your final report.
These reports are a crucial evaluation procedure. We can evaluate the:
- Project outputs and results.
- Transnationality of your project.
- Value, impact and benefits.
The reports are linked to the pre-financing payment, and final payment, of your funding.
Completing your Interim Report
The Interim Report is linked to the next pre-financing payment for your project and you need to complete it by the half way point of your project.
Find out more: www.interimreport.leonardo.org.uk
We will send you details of what is required to complete your interim report and you can find relevant forms and guidance for your project year in the sidebar.
Completing your Final Report
The final report is linked to your final payment and you need to complete this at the end of your project.
We will send you details of what is required to complete your final report and you can find relevant forms and guidance for your project year in the sidebar.
Create sustainability
Your Transfer of Innovation project should generate added value for vocational education and training across Europe.
To achieve this your improvement or innovation needs to be sustainable. The results need to continue to deliver benefits to your target audience or sector after your project is completed.
It is never too early to think about sustainability and you should start planning for this at the application stage. To help you create sustainability we have created two check lists that contain recommenations on how to sustain your activities and results:
ADAM Projects and Products Portal
The ADAM Projects and Products portal is a chance for you to showcase your Transfer of Innovation project and it is a contractual requirement for you to complete the database as part of your project.
Not only is it a chance to increase your project’s visibility but you can also see what other projects are doing across Europe and potentially find like-minded partners for future Leonardo projects.
Visit the ADAM database: www.adam-europe.eu and find out how to make the most out of ADAM (link to ADAM handbook).
Please note: the report and guidance will vary for each year, please make sure to choose your Call year for the correct advice. If you are unsure of your Call year or have any questions why not call our helpline and have a chat with a member of the Leonardo team on 0845 199 2929 or email leonardo@uk.ecorys.com.
