Managing your Leonardo Mobility project

The Start Up Seminar was introduced by Michele Phizacklea, Senior Project Manager for Leonardo Mobility, and began with an overview of how to raise your 2012 contract as efficiently as possible and successfully manage your Leonardo grant.

Managing a Leonardo Mobility project: a promoter's experience

Diana Cetera from the United Euro Bridge presented her experience of running a Leonardo Mobility project. The presentation provided advice on effective project management and how to ensure participants benefit fully from their placement in Europe. Validating Mobility Placements

Helen Metcalfe from Ecorys explained the possibility of using elements of ECVET to recognise Leonardo Mobility placements. More information will be available online shortly or email helen.metcalfe@uk.ecorys.com.
