Mobility Start Up Seminar
The Start-up Seminar for Leonardo Mobility projects funded in 2012 was held on the 12 June at Millennium Point in Birmingham.
The day provided valuable, practical information on how to manage your new 2012 Mobility project. National Agency staff were on hand to offer tips and advice on how to deliver really high quality projects and current project promoters were there to share their experiences.

Managing your Leonardo Mobility project
The Start Up Seminar was introduced by Michele Phizacklea, Senior Project Manager for Leonardo Mobility, and began with an overview of how to raise your 2012 contract as efficiently as possible and successfully manage your Leonardo grant.
The 2012 Leonardo Mobility Handbook provides further information on running your 2012 Mobility project and guidance is also available on using our project management Mobility Tool.
Managing a Leonardo Mobility project: a promoter's experience
Diana Cetera from the United Euro Bridge presented her experience of running a Leonardo Mobility project. The presentation provided advice on effective project management and how to ensure participants benefit fully from their placement in Europe. Her presentation can be downloaded as part of the Start Up Seminar Resource Pack.
Validating Mobility Placements
Helen Metcalfe from Ecorys explained the possibility of using elements of ECVET to recognise Leonardo Mobility placements. More information will be available online shortly or email helen.metcalfe@uk.ecorys.com.

Monitoring and Final Report arrangements
