Appeals Process

If you wish to appeal a decision made by the National Agency, for example our assessment of your application for funding, or calculation of your final payment, you may do so only if you believe the National Agency has not followed the correct procedures as set out in the relevant European Commission Call for Proposals or in the National Agency's own published guidance. You must set out the reasons for your appeal in writing and submit this with any supporting evidence indicating procedures have not been followed.
