How to apply for Mobility Projects funding
The deadline to submit an application for Mobility projects funding is 5th February 2010. The web-based Leonardo Mobility Application Form is now available for completion at https://uk.multipassdb.org
You may find it useful to read the Mobility Guide for Applicants (2010 deadline);and 2010 Mobility Project Life Cycle Guidance as this will give you an idea of what we look for in an application.
Please note that there has been a change in the way we calculate subsistence rates. One week will now be calculated based on 7 days rather than 5. This means that any subsistence calculations made using the old version of the budget calculator may be inaccurate.
1. Identify who your participants will be, and choose an appropriate partner to deliver the placement.
More information on how to find partners can be found on our Find Partners page. Remember that you can use Preparatory Visits funding to help establish your partnership.
2. Complete the web-based application form
You will need to complete the web-based application form which can be found at https://uk.multipassdb.org. Please refer to the 2010 Mobility Application Pack to help you complete your application.We strongly recommend that you read the 2010 UK Guidelines for Applications before submitting an application.
3. Download, print and sign the completed web-based application form
When you have completed the web-based application form you need to download and print a copy to be signed by your legal representative.
4. Submit your application to us by the deadline
Send the signed application and any supporting documents to us at the address below on or before the next application deadline (5th February 2010). We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage in case of queries.
