Mobility Projects
Mobility Projects
Use a Mobility grant to fund European work placements for trainees or anyone looking to gain new skills within your organisation. You can also help staff involved in delivering or designing training to take part in professional development activities.
Mobility for trainees, employees and anyone looking for work
You can send trainees and people in the labour market to another European country for a work placement to enable them to gain real experience and skills in employment.
Placements for VET professionals
Staff can take part in short work visits to learn from European colleagues. A placement will contribute to their personal development, and they will be able to learn new skills and ways of working to bring back to their job in the UK.
Key Information
- You will need at least 1 partner in a different participating country to apply.
- Projects last for up to 2 years.
- Placements can last between 1 and 39 weeks, depending on the participant.
The next deadline to apply for Mobility Projects funding will be in February 2011.
