European Training Thesaurus

Cedefop have published a European Training Thesaurus, a multilingual tool kit for those involved in vocational education and training.

The publication covers 1207 key terms and concepts used frequently in VET in 11 languages across 18 topics.  Designed for people working in education, training and employment fields across Europe, the thesaurus will ensure that a common meaning is understood when a term is used.

This is the first stage of the tool kit, the next step will be a fully-fledged online thesaurus which is currently being developed by Cedefop.
